WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Item’s typically ship within 3-4 days if non-monogrammed, 5-7 days if monogrammed. All items are in-stock and we do not “pre-order” items that are not in stock.

Holiday items will be shipped in time so that they delivered before the holiday.

You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is a flat rate $5.00 for your order. Shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your merchandise, so if you have ordered the wrong size, or we made an error, or just have any questions at all please contact us via email or through our contact page. Customized items, such as monograms or appliques are non-returnable / non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our part.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Montgomery, TX just north of Houston, TX.
