Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to have satisfied customers that want to return and purchase more! We occasionally make mistakes and any error on our part will be swiftly resolved through refund, exchange, or replacement.

Please note that we do not accept returns on orders older than 30 days. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items (this includes monograms & appliques) or swimsuits unless an error has been cited. Snotty Tots may make exception to this on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your item(s), please contact us.
