SHIPPING TIME

  • Non-personalized / non-embroidered items are shipped in two (2) to four (4) business days. Items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority mail unless otherwise noted beforehand. Please allow two (2) to three (3) days after shipping to arrive.
  • Personalized / embroidered items are shipped in four (4) to six (6) business days. Items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority mail unless otherwise noted beforehand. Please allow two (2) to three (3) days after shipping to arrive.
  • Rush Orders: For Snotty Tots, all items are considered rush orders. If there is a need for special overnight service, please contact us so we can make arrangements. Overnight services will incur an additional charge.

ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been processed, packaged, and shipped you will receive an email confirmation of the shipping with tracking. The order status on the your account will read “complete”. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive (more during the holiday seasons). We will always contact you if there are any issues with your order or delays.

All orders are insured for the amount paid or above. If your order is not delivered please contact the USPS with your tracking number for resolution. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, though we will help in any way we can.
